Centre Bookings

St. Michael's Church Pastoral Centre is situated just down the path from the Church in Lower Church Road and has several rooms available for booking as detailed below.

Hall Hire Conditions 2007

Wedding Receptions

The whole of the ground floor may be booked for the whole day and evening for £500 (10.00am to 11.30pm)

If you would like to hire any of the rooms at the centre or would simply like more details please contact the Parish Office.

 

The Seeby Hall

(Parties: £23.00/hr crockery, cutlery and glasses available on request. Children's daytime parties, meetings and regular bookings £19.50/hr)

The Seeby Hall may be booked evenings and weekends for parties and meetings and is especially suitable for wedding receptions. It is a spacious (15m x 11m) and light room with the added benefit of being attached to a very well equipped kitchen. Tables and chairs to seat up to 144 people are also available.

Kitchen

(Only to be used for cooking by arrangement)

Crockery, glasses and cutlery are available at higher hourly rate - see above. There is a constant hot water unit. Dacilities include saucepans, a commercial size cooker (6 rings and double oven), a warming cabinet, commercial dishwasher, microwave, large fridge. There are also general coffee and tea making facilities.

Lounge

(£11.80/hr)

The lounge is available for small, informal meetings of up to 15 people seated. Small Meeting Rooms (£10.30/hr; £8.20 for regular bookings)
There are three other small meeting rooms at the centre suitable for up to 6 people seated.

Upper Room Suite

(£19.50/hr, £15.40/hr for regular bookings)

1 large room to seat around 30 people, 1 small room to seat around 10 people and a small kitchenette with constant hot water unit, microwave and fridge. This area is particularly suitable for baptism teas and family gatherings.
