We are considering running a programme for developing leadership skills, open to anyone at St. Michael’s. It would involve a monthly evening meeting and personal development work, including a monthly meeting with a mentor. The material has been used in other churches and has been proven to increase confidence, personal growth and leadership ability. If you would like to know more, please contact the Rector.
